ADaM CEO
ADaM Corporate Executive Outlook allows board members to initiate CEO briefings and monitor the changes,
timelines, efforts and resources relating to the range of briefings. Such briefings can be initiated
across multiple subsidiaries or divisions within the organisation.
ADaM CEO provides for three additional layers within the ADaM universe, namely Corporate Structure,
Corporate Entities and Executive Briefings. ADaM records the shareholding, authorisation and business
service functions as key data for the organisation.
ADaM CEO allows an organisation to define the universe and implement the ADaM platform using a 'top down'
as opposed to a 'bottom up' approach. The complete implementation of the ADaM product range and services can
therefore be implemented over a longer time horizon; however management have greater transparency now.
ADaM CEO provides Structure Charts, reports on CEO Business initiatives, identifies Corporate dependencies
and provides a Services map across the organisation. The module can be used to manage specific 'events'
ensuring integration with operational environment and manage Corporate wide initiatives e.g. Pay rounds,
Reviews, Regulatory compliance.
All reporting and services provided by ADaM CEO are at a strategic level
