ADaM FMM
The ADaM Financial Management Module provides for full Financial control over all aspects of the organisation leading
to 'Total Cost of Ownership'. Resources, contracts and capacity across all components within the ADaM universe can
be allocated on a percentage basis in terms of direct and indirect costs. Executives, financial controllers and HR
benefit from having transparency across all changes that happen throughout the organisation and can approve, manage
and measure the effective operational risks from a financial or resource perspective.
ADaM FMM is Not a Time Management system, but can provide budget information and can identify over/underspend
ADaM FMM is Not a TimeSheet system, but can identify over-exposure in resources and report resource risk during absence
ADaM FMM is Not an Accounting system, but can produce meaningful cost reports and orchestrate Recharge across the organisation.
ADaM FMM allows the organisation to define Direct and Indirect costs of every component in the Universe. Coupled with
resource utilisation mapping and resource cost ADaM FMM allows Finiancial Controllers to approve and plan costs associated
with change hence managing the financial risks in tandem with operational risk analysis.
Manpower allocation is a key dependency within the ADaM Universe. ADaM FMM provides Personnel Dependency Reports that are
ideal for project or holiday planning, contingency planning, disaster recovery resourcing and critical resource analysis.
