The Finisco premium rate platform enables reverse billing (mobile
Terminated) to Vodafone, Orange, O2 and T-Mobile networks via
shared or dedicated short codes. The mobile users are charged
their normal tariff to send a message via a short code in order
to register or request information e.g. answer to a competition
question. The user is then charged the premium rate to receive
confirmation that their entry was successful or that their interest
was registered. They will be charged the amount relevant to the
short code from where the reverse billed was sent, this will happen
when the reversed billed SMS is delivered to their mobile.
